Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current features remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Build your site and decide if WebsiteKit is right for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and UPI/net banking via Razorpay for Indian customers. All prices are billed monthly with no long-term contracts.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, all plans include custom domain support. Point your domain to WebsiteKit and we handle SSL, DNS configuration, and everything else. You can also use a WebsiteKit subdomain (yourname.websitekit.app) for free.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site remains active until the end of your billing period. After that, it goes offline but your data is preserved for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime within that window.
